Essendon Doutta Stars FC is a proud community football club serving Essendon, Niddrie and sounding areas. We were formed in 1946 and celebrated our 70th anniversary in 2016.
Our successes include 18 A Grade Premierships (1948-49-50-51-53-54-57-59-61-62-63-64-69-72-80-90-91-99) and 2 B Grade Premierships (1998-2015).

Great turn-out for the 2018 AFL 9s. Our U13 girls won the Grand Final for the 2nd year running.

Great bunch of girls at Douttas in the 2017 U12 team.
Essendon Doutta Stars fielded U12 and U15 teams in the Girls AFL 9s Event held at Walter Street Reserve in Ascot Vale. The event, co-sponsored by AFL and MVCC was a great introduction to girls football. The U12 team won their age group final and the U15 girls won the Spirit of the Challenge trophy. Well done to all girls and helpers. Go Stars!
